Her expertise includes a variety of cuisines including Southwestern, American, and Global Fusion.  She adores creating wholesome, homey, and authentic dishes.  After working for amazing celebrity Chefs, she has honed her skills to cook everything from a whole roasted pig to a three-tiered wedding cake. She adores teaching people how to cook and bake and offers private events and small group cooking instruction.
